UNISTAB-CZ-P is calcium & zinc based co-precipitate manufactured under controlled conditions, resulting in a high performance heat stabilizer that is better functionally as well as operationally in PVC processing. It is specially designed for Rigid PVC Pipe application where lead based stabilizers cannot be used due to safety reasons. It gives excellent results at low as well as high filler loadings.

APPLICATIONS:

 

Rigid PVC Pipes and PVC Cables: The UNISTAB-CZ range of lubricated one pack provides synergistic efficiencies due to their unique proprietary process of manufacture. Use of waxes and calcium stearate is not required separately, as they are Zinc & calcium based, although it is at the compounders will depending upon the filler loading and process conditions.

Definition- Ca-Zn based PVC heat stabilizer for cable extrusion. Features & Application Unistab-CZ-835 is a one pack stabilizer(stabilizer/lubricant) made from calcium zinc It enhance the colour ,thermal stability and gives very good electrical properties in cable. Use of waxes and calcium stearate is not required separately. It can be used at 70˚ for general purpose sheathing and insulation application. Recommended Dosage- 5.0 -10 phr. Shelf Life- Recommended shelf life 6 months.
