UNISTAB-CZ-P is calcium & zinc based co-precipitate manufactured under controlled conditions, resulting in a high performance heat stabilizer that is better functionally as well as operationally in PVC processing. It is specially designed for Rigid PVC Pipe application where lead based stabilizers cannot be used due to safety reasons. It gives excellent results at low as well as high filler loadings.

Use of waxes and calcium stearate is not required separately, as they are Zinc & calcium based, although it is at the compounders will depending upon the filler loading and process conditions.
